RAAA Baseball Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY FOR SUMMER TRAVEL and REC Baseball Leagues

All refund requests must be submitted to raaabaseball@raaasports.com.

  • Refunds requested before evaluations/tryouts and/or teams have been formed will be refunded a 100% of the registration fee.
  • No refunds will be granted after evaluations/tryouts and/or teams have been formed.
  • In cases of extenuating circumstances, refund requests will be granted solely at the discretion of the RAAA Baseball Board.

REFUND POLICY FOR Pitcher/Catcher CLINICS

All refund requests must be submitted to raaabaseball@raaasports.com.

  • Refunds requested 5 days before the clinic start date will be refunded a 100% of the registration fee minus a $20 processing fee
    • No refund within 5 days unless a replacement player can take an open spot, then 100% refund will be provided
  • No refunds will be granted for a clinic after the clinic start date
  • In cases of extenuating circumstances, refund requests will be granted solely at the discretion of the RAAA Baseball Board
